  A Well maintained hotel, offering spacious rooms. We found the restaurant to have quite a good choice of food and the staff were ok.

  Love this hotel been coming for the last 5 years so seen the wonderful refurbishment never had a complaint and all the staff are very helpful My husband had a hip replacement last holiday and I am disabled with arthritis in both knees we requested a ground floor sunny room and they gave us exactly what we asked for. Will be requesting the same this year when we go in 2 weeks and know they will try there best for us Wonderful hotel xx

  Great family hotel. It is a 3 star resort so don't expect luxury. What you do get is very friendly helpful staff, good food, basic but clean well maintained and comfortable rooms.

  The communal areas of the hotel were always kept clean. The only thing that let this hotel down was the location (as it was quite away from the main resort). It is a very laid back resort, with plenty of pools, modern toilets and sunbeds for everyone. I feel that if, this hotel was in the centre of Costa Teguise, it would really give the other hotels a run for their money!

  The refurbishment is amazing! The crew is wonderful and never had a single complaint, came here for over 3 years now. Great food selection everyday and pools are always clean

  Filthy apartments so it's a good thing I brought my antibacterial wipes with me as I had to clean the whole apartment. Bedding was awful so I used my own (Yes I brought my own with me as per...) bed was springy & uncomfortable. Rooms are not cleaned daily & bedding changed weekly only. Spacious balcony overlooking kids pool which is freezing btw as my daughter was in it everyday. Food was good most days, but was surprised but the lack of Spanish food/dishes. Drinks were rubbish so the best drinks were at breakfast as they make fresh smoothies which were delicious. Entertainment was boring most nights but I feel sorry for the young team of 4, they did try. The karaoke night was slightly disappointing as the song my 7 year old picked wasn't the radio edited version on screen. Although we all had a chuckle at that at first, after all it wasn't funny as the swearing continued so I had to support my daughter as I could see her becoming rather anxious as she has ASD. We quite liked the magic show & my daughter participated in the show. Bar closes at 11:30 each night. Local shops & bars near by & the beach is a few minutes walk away
