  He refused to refund a speaker that could not connect to our laptop and said that he did not give refunds. I told him I would contact the police and he called the store manager and said that it was a detective on the phone. He even openly admitted that he would lie if the police came. When I took the phone from him and asked the person to identify himself I found out that it was the shop owner on the phone. I gave him the phone back and proceeded to walk to the police station. He finally called me back and gave me my refund all the while telling me that I was spoilt and that I was lucky to get my money back. This guy needs a lesson on the law. My advice to anyone who chooses to buy any product from a small store like this is to always ask about the store policy and demand a receipt. Also try to know a little bit about the law in general so that no one can pull this crap on you. This man thinks he can con tourists by telling them bull about not giving refunds. The law does not work like that.
